1. Acceptance and definitions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bhavti Teche LLP website, the BT Conexa Android application and related Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced herein. "Bhavti Teche LLP" ("Bhavti Teche", "we", "us", or "our") refers to Bhavti Teche LLP, the owner and operator of the Services. "BT Conexa", "Platform" or "Services" refers to the approved website, Android application and related services provided by Bhavti Teche LLP.

"User", "you" or "your" means any individual accessing or using the Services. "Emergency Contact" and "Vehicle QR Code" have the meanings assigned to them in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility, account and security

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian where applicable. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated whenever it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, MPIN, registered device and account credentials and for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account, please notify us promptly through the Contact page. You must not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts or provide information that you are not authorised to use.

3. Emergency Contacts, vehicles and QR codes

Emergency Contact details should be added only where you have the appropriate authority or consent to provide another person's information. Users are responsible for ensuring that Emergency Contact details and vehicle information remain accurate and up to date.

A Vehicle QR Code may be voluntarily associated with a registered BT Conexa vehicle profile. Users must not copy, alter, duplicate, obscure, tamper with or misuse any BT Conexa QR Code in a manner that may mislead, deceive or cause harm. BT Conexa does not provide access to RTO records, government ownership databases or private owner information. Information displayed through a Vehicle QR Code is based solely on information voluntarily provided by the registered User and may not have been independently verified.

4. Supported communications and permissions

BT Conexa supports features such as emergency calling, SMS alerts, IVR calling, Emergency Contacts, vehicle information, SOS messages and event-triggered live-location sharing where supported. The availability and performance of these features may depend on the selected plan, application version, device compatibility, granted permissions, network availability, telecommunications providers and recipient accessibility.

GPS tracking and Lost & Found features are identified as future capabilities and should not be interpreted as currently available functionality. Users are responsible for granting and managing the permissions required for supported features and for using all communication features lawfully and responsibly.

5. Responsible use

Do not use the Services to harass a vehicle owner or another person, send false emergencies, impersonate, scrape information, interfere with systems, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, infringe rights or break applicable law. Do not duplicate QR codes without authority. Helpers and Users must act respectfully and should contact official emergency services where immediate professional assistance is required.

6. Third-party dependencies and availability

The Services rely on devices, operating systems, internet and mobile networks, GPS, telecommunications providers, app stores and other third parties. Maintenance, failures, permissions or conditions outside our control may interrupt or delay features. We may change, suspend or maintain parts of the Services for security, legal, operational or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services or the successful delivery of alerts, calls, SMS messages, IVR communications, chat messages or location information where external factors are beyond our reasonable control.

7. Plans, pricing and payments

The website currently displays one-time-price plans for selected service durations and directs Users to the Android application rather than implementing a verified website checkout. Prices, taxes, included features, fulfilment and transaction terms presented at an actual purchase will govern that purchase. There is no verified auto-renewal implementation in this repository. Any accepted paid transaction is also subject to the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

The Services, software, branding, logos, designs, content, text, graphics and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Bhavti Teche LLP and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant Users only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or feedback regarding the Services, you grant Bhavti Teche LLP the right to use such feedback for improving its products and services without creating any obligation of confidentiality or compensation.

9. Suspension, termination and account closure

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Users, maintain security, comply with applicable law, investigate suspected misuse or enforce these Terms.

Users may request account closure through the Contact page. Account closure, data deletion, subscription cancellation and information retention are separate processes and are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy where relevant.

10. Warranties and reasonable limitation

The Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that communication will always be delivered, that information supplied by Users is always accurate, or that the Services replace professional emergency assistance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Bhavti Teche is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from network failure, device condition, User-provided information, recipient non-response or unauthorised misuse. You remain responsible for unlawful use and may be required to address losses caused by your breach.

11. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal obligations or business practices. The effective date of the latest version will be displayed on this page.
