BT Conexa is a technology and communication platform owned and operated by Bhavti Teche LLP. It is not a police service, ambulance service, hospital, fire service, disaster response authority, government agency or any other official emergency response organisation.

BT Conexa is designed to assist communication during supported situations but does not replace contacting the appropriate official emergency services whenever immediate professional assistance is required.

2. Communication cannot be guaranteed

The successful delivery of alerts, location updates, phone calls, SMS messages, IVR communications or other supported communications cannot be guaranteed. Service availability and communication delivery may depend on factors including mobile and internet connectivity, GPS availability, device condition, battery level, application status, granted permissions, telecommunications providers, recipient availability and third-party systems that are outside our reasonable control.

Bhavti Teche LLP cannot guarantee that an Emergency Contact, vehicle owner or any other intended recipient will receive, view or respond to a communication.

3. Location and User-supplied information

Location information may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate due to device limitations, network conditions, GPS availability, environmental factors or user permissions. Vehicle information, QR profile details, Emergency Contact information and other profile content are voluntarily provided by Users and may not have been independently verified by Bhavti Teche LLP.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information, and anyone relying on such information should exercise reasonable judgment based on the circumstances.

4. Vehicle QR limitations

A BT Conexa Vehicle QR Code is intended solely to facilitate communication using information voluntarily associated with a registered BT Conexa profile. It does not provide access to RTO records, government databases, verified ownership information or private addresses.

The presence of a Vehicle QR Code should not be interpreted as proof of ownership, identity, legal authority, vehicle condition or authenticity of any information displayed.

Information published through the Website or BT Conexa Platform is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing published on the Website or within the Platform should be interpreted as legal, medical, rescue, safety, financial or other professional advice.
